About this audiobook
In my senior year of high school, the drama in my life was growing.
I had no clue how to handle it, or better yet make myself happy again.
All I wanted to know was how to find the solution that felt lightyears away.
I first tried to leave myself out of the drama, but someone would always pull me back into the the middle asking my opinion on who is right or wrong.
I then discovered meditation which let me be in control of my mind.
I was able to stop thinking about everything that was happening in my life for once and just sit down and clear my mind. This is my way of sharing with others that if you try mediation, you might just find the solution you are looking for.
