This is romantic suspense at its best! From the first page to the last I was on the edge of my seat, playing 1 more chapter until late into the night. Wyatt is a former Navy Seal, living off the grid with his amazing dog, Murphy. Hope just escaped a nightmare and is on the run from a very powerful, very bad-bad man. When they are thrown together his protective instincts override his caution. They both have trust issues for good reason. It’s a good thing Wyatt has the perfect friends to assist with taking down this vile enemy for good to keep Hope safe and take that slime bag out. Very exciting from beginning to end, but also meaningfully beautiful characters. Aiden Snow and Grace Grant are both excellent performers who once again bring these characters to life and kept me engaged from beginning to end! This story can be read standalone, but has common characters with the series and I definitely recommend the whole series.
