This is Cullen and Tamlyn’s story. Cullen saves Tamlyn and a child from soldiers. She is a banshee and hears the screams of the kidnapped children to be killed due to their magic.

Cullen who is the Dragon King for the Garnet clan and he goes to Zora to see his dragons and to help find who is killing the dragons there. He never expected to meet his mate while there. But when he helps Tamlyn escape the guards who are chasing her because she has rescued a boy who was supposed to be executed just because he had magic he finds his mate. Ms. Donna has introduced us to a new twist with the Dragon Kings. Nothing is ever easy for them. This is a great book with lots of intrigue and suspense. A must read for an DK fan.
