About this audiobook
From New York Times bestselling author Susan Stoker comes a heart-pounding installment in the Silverstone series about a love-shy ex-military man and a beautiful scientist reeling from a family tragedy.
When Mark “Smoke” Chamberlin ventures into the Nigerian jungle with his team of government assassins, his mission is clear: get in, kill the target, and make it out alive. With his extensive military experience, Smoke has no problem heading into dangerous territory. When it comes to love, though, he’s always been a little wary. But then he meets the beautiful, intrepid Molly Smith.
Schoolteacher Molly has been trying to outrun a lifetime of bad luck, and now she finds herself kidnapped along with a hundred schoolgirls in the jungle. But when Smoke finds them, Molly thinks her luck might be turning around—until she returns to the US to find her beloved grandparents murdered.
Devastated by their deaths and mystified by the turn of events, Molly turns to Smoke for comfort. But as Molly and Smoke grow closer, a different threat emerges…one that will put their relationship to the test and their lives in grave danger.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Folly Molly
Smoke wants this mission, saving girls from a militant terrorist. Then there’s the American who was visiting the school when the attack happened. Can they get to them before they are sold off or worse. Of course, they can. But is this another mission or fate. Molly & Smoke (Mark) are fantastic. Molly gets rescued from a pit in Nigeria to learn, she’s lost almost everything, Smoke is going to protect and support Molly 100%. But Molly is being stalked by her ex boyfriend. Hang on this maybe the wildest ride yet for Silverstone - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5After speaking to local school girls, describing her job as an environmental engineer, Molly was abducted by local terrorists along with several of the girls from the school and had no idea how long she had been held in the Nigerian jungle until Mark "Smoke" Chamberlin fell on her in the hole in which she had been kept. Smoke's team, Silverstone, had been tasked with coming to Nigeria to kill the local terrorist leader, and he literally stumbled on Molly during their operation. Once she was freed, and discovering that Molly's grandparents had been killed during her captivity, she was left with no place else to go, so Smoke offered to give her shelter until she could figure out what to do with the rest of her life. Unfortunately, Molly would not only have to deal with her former job, but also her former boyfriend/stalker, who she had left the US to escape.
Trusting Molly is a fairly average romantic suspense. Most of the action happens in the first part of the story when Silverstone helps Molly escape. After that, Molly is pretty much helpless and under Smoke's protection from her stalker/boyfriend, Preston. The emotions in this story are all pretty weak as the characters are sorely underdeveloped. Molly and Smoke become connected far too quickly and Preston is a very one dimensional, stereotypical stalker. Overall, Trusting Molly is a romantic suspense story with very little romance and even less suspense. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Trusting Molly by Susan StokerSilverstone Series #3Thrilling introduction to both characters that set the pace for the story. Meet-cute definitely grabbed me and had Mark and Molly very aware of one another. The story continued to hold my attention till the end. What I liked: * Mark/Smoke: intelligent, capable, skilled, lethal, kind, caring, wealthy, protective, positive, a good man that deserved to find the perfect woman for him. * Molly: smart, resilient, enduring, caring, kind, generous, has had a run of bad luck, has lost parents and grandparents, deserves to find the perfect man for her. * The men of Silverstone are superior men and fun to read about. They have a bond tighter than super-glue and are there for one another and those that they love. * Seeing how Eagle/Taylor and Bull/Skylar were doing and thinking about who Gramps will end up with.* Wondering if Archer will get a story of his own – and will others at Silverstone have stories, too.* The jungle portion of the story and how caring the team were of Molly.* That Molly was such a trooper.* The way Mark took such good care of Molly.* The friendship that began to develop between Molly, Skylar, and Taylor.* That the stalker was eventually dealt with. * All of it really except…What I didn’t like: * The people and groups I was meant not to like: Boko Harum and Preston* The way people over time had made Molly feel she was a trouble-magnet* A bit of a dislike in that I kept wondering if the stalker would really think as he did in this story…and would have been so unhinged and even able to do what he did if in the state he must have been in at times. Did I enjoy this book? YesWould I read more in this series/by this author? DefinitelyThank you to NetGalleky and Montlake for the ARC- This is my honest review. 4-5 Stars
