Disgraced Doctor, Prea, (who helped her brilliant best friend in book 1) and the Commander get their story. Kind of a My Fair Lady story with the grumpy Alpha male playing the party of Eliza.

Part 2 of this saga has me intrigued and hooked on the characters. The narrator gave me so much laughter and curiosity. I want more from him. I think the back and fourth banter was amazing. The ending was unexpected, but happily ever after is what we want and that's what we got. 5 stars
