About this audiobook

One night with the delectable human female wasn’t enough for this alien prince…

Baila spent one night with the sexy alien—over six feet of purple hotness—and now she’s paying the price. The cost? One great big (purple) alien bun in her very human oven. With no alien partner in sight, she’s determined to take care of herself—and her baby—on her own. Except, it’s hard to hold down a job as a sexy waitress with a huge stomach the color of grape Kool-Aid. Jobless and twenty-four hours from being evicted, she runs into the one person she never thought she’d see again…

Zyriq Rukzahl—Captain of Warking’s Blade, Morean male, greatest lover of all time, baby daddy, and… kidnapper.

Part of the In the Stars Romance line.

Editor's Note

New York Times Bestselling Author...

Kyle combines the secret baby and alien tropes, making a hilariously fun and rompy romance that is unashamedly campy yet still sweet. Baila had a one-night stand with a purple alien, finding herself pregnant and alone. The last person she expects to see again is Zyriq Rukzahl, who kidnaps her when she won’t agree to his demands.

Loved the book only wish there was more, it left me wanting to know what happened to them and the baby once they arrived back at the the Princes home planet.

Not generally into books such as this, but I decided to expand my reading habits. It was fun, if not literature. And sometimes fun is all that one wants. A bit too much sex for me, but I think that is why most people would go for the book, and there may not be enough raunchy for some.

Really enjoyed the story, but I would only give 4.5 stars if possible, but only bc the ending wasn't conclusive enough for me. Otherwise it was a delightful and quick read.

It is a good short story. I wish it was a little longer to know the outcome of the landing acceptance and birth of the alien baby.

Short and sweet, quick little story without the 3rd act break-up. ☺️

3.5 stars. This was really cute. I enjoyed the banter between the MCs. It left me wanting more, though. All-in-all, it was a good listen.
