- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is one of the best books on boundaries that I’ve read in a while. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness in the selection of examples that would resonate readers, especially Black women. I plan to also purchase a hard copy to review some of the key passages that I bookmarked in the audiobook. I highly recommend this book for readers who are looking for an easy & relatable approach to setting boundaries.

A great companion for journaling and revisiting your life when it begins to generate the need to fold within. I have highlighted and underlined page after page. I was sad to turn to the last chapter. But I feel liberated!
