- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book was so eye-opening. It really helps go deep, especially when one does the exercises. I do feel like I have more tools to treat myself with kindness and raise my self-esteem. I feel like everyone who has suffered from childhood abuse would benefit from reading this, although it can be hard sometimes. It's no replacement for therapy but helpful alongside.
