I thoroughly enjoy Rachel Lacey’s writing. It is sweet, romantic and flowing. The narrators did a great job of bringing the characters to life.

This was my second listen and I didn’t feel the love. Even though they had been high school lovers, the reunion seemed too rushed. The narrators were Abby Craden and Melissa Moran. I like Moran but she doesn’t project the emotions to be believable.

This was a surprisingly good book. I didn’t know the author and picked it mostly because I like one of the narrators a lot. But it’s a sweet romantic story with some heartwarming puppy love in the mix.
