About this audiobook

I can only run from my past for so long. Eventually my Demons always find me.

Unfortunately, that Demon has hired three insufferable dragon shifters to bring me back to him.

I just have to hide my secrets a little longer. I just have to pretend to help these assholes find the person they're looking for without letting them know the truth.

They're on the hunt for a dangerous Mage.

Just wait until they find out the Mage they're hunting is actually me . . .

I have been look forward to listening to this series for awhile now, and was so happy to see it on Scribd! I have a couple of the paperbacks when they went on sale, but I am so glad I have been able to binge listen to these sexy dragon shifters and strong, yet stubborn mage haha. I thought the premise was cool, some plot holes in book 1 kinda kept me from giving it 5 stars (consistency mostly), but overall this was a solid book 1 and it kept getting better and better each addition to the series. I really enjoyed seeing them as baby dragon shifters, so adorable and their personalities really shined. I thought the story was well paced, nothing too detailed but nothing too vague, kept the flow really nice and exactly what I was looking for after the contemporary audiobooks I had been listening to lately. I enjoyed the hilarity that came from Arlow (love the name!) and Chaos was my absolute fav. So freaking adorable. I though Aggie was awesome and thought the ending was sorta predictable, but it was done well so I had no issues with it going that way. I thought Rime was a d-bag at times haha he is definitely going to redeem himself later. I am trying to figure out the Prince and King in this situation, but more to come in book 2. 4/5 stars for Book 1.

In terms of narration I would also give Kelsey 4/5 stars. She does a good job with the guy voices, I especially can tell their personalities apart by her inflections, especially Chaos. I thought her quirks were done well (Arlow and Aggie haha). I think there were some times I had a tough time getting into the story because it wasn't as believable, narration-wise, but that was my only complaint (just more feedback).

    On to book 2!

I heard rumors about this book being good and it was actually pretty good like people said it was
