      Must read for anyone who has been in an abusive or toxic relationship. What makes this book unique is it focuses on rebuilding your life after the abuse. Most books out there focus on the relationship and ex partner. This is crucial in giving you guidance and support while rebuilding your new healthy life. 5/5!
