I’d say all the characters turned out to be lovable and laughable…. I wasn’t sure at first, but I’m glad I kept listening. I listened mostly with headphones so my spouse was giving me the side eye when I would LOL at some of the moments. Would definitely listen to it again. Listen to The Zelda Diaries so the story flows in the proper order; it definitely helps.

I appreciate the entire series being put into one audio, as it made for better ease of listening. The characters were easy to like and fall in love with. The amount of times I laughed out loud was more than I can count, as this series was extremely FUNNY!! The storyline flowed easily, there was some really good material, and it kept me fully engaged. I recommend this story to anyone who loves a good HEA, a story that will have you laughing, and is full of good loving. Enjoy!!!!

I throughly enjoyed this story. Ms. Gaines is extraordinary. The life story of Zelda and her brother was well laid out. An ordinary family with its flaws, highs and lows. An example of the horror of untreated generational trauma. And the many ways the human mind will invent to cope. And despite all the pain and scars resulting from that trauma, that hurt person's willingness to take a chance on love. Bravo Ms. Gaines. I look forward to more of her books being available in audiobook format.

I really didn't know what to expect from this book series. The cover art gave me the willies and I passed on it numerous times. I'm do glad I took the chance. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I absolutely love Scott and Zelda!! The supporting cast was just as fun! Great series!!

Buck toothed, acne, hairy as yeti, and blind as a bat, but also built like a line backer, hung like a horse, and as loyal and loving as they come... And dance moves like Usher! I fell in love with Scott right along with Zelda! The other story lines are equally as intriguing, with characters that you really start to care about. I actually laughed out loud at several parts (lord help me with that dang chair!) and I hate it had to end!

Y’all… I absolutely love this book. It’s so freaking funny. So well written and the narration is perfect. This series is definitely in my top five favorites. I’m now going to listen to it again for the third time. Where can I buy the physical copies? Everytime I try it pulls up the typical Zelda stuff.

I loved this series. I loved that it had normal everyday people dealing with real issues and not just some stupid drama they were causing themselves. I laughed so hard and shed a tear. It was steamy and heartfelt.
