About this audiobook

Five years ago, he broke her heart. Now, he'll do anything to win her back.

Farrah: When Farrah walked into her lunch meeting, she didn't expect to see him. Blake Ryan. Her first love. Her first heartbreak. And now, her first client as a freelance interior designer.

It's been five years, but she'll never forget the way he shattered her. He whispers pretty words, but she'll never believe him. Her body craves his, but she'll never give him her heart.

Not again. Not ever.

Blake: Money. Looks. A booming sports bar empire. On the surface, Blake has it all. But inside, he's haunted-both by nightmares of a tragic loss, and dreams of the girl he once betrayed.

When fate reunites them, he sees it as a sign: It's time to get the love of his life back. No matter what it takes.

    Wholly shit!!.
This story was predictable, kinda dramatic, messy and alot of insecurities that were never addressed.

This story picks up five years from Shanghai where Blake and Farrah met, fell in love and got heartbroken. Farrah is a interior designer who has her dream job but everything is not what it seems.

The owner of the hotel where she just completed a renovation and he was happy with it, he recommended a job to Farrah to a man who just moved to the city to revamp his condo. The person ended up being Blake.

Blake who never stopped loving Farrah sees this has a great opportunity to get her back but it's not going to be easy as Farrah has her walls so high he can't climb them. As a way to be friends they leave everything in the past.

After Blake explains what happened he begs for another chance and he well show her he's not the man he was, things are great until he goes back to Texas for his father birthday. His ex girlfriend lied about a couple things and they completely annoyed me. I did not like her after that.

Blake pushes Farrah away again as he believes she's better than him and he's scared if he tells her the truth she's not wanting to be with him. After him being a martyr he's at her place everyday until she agrees to listen to him out. She holds off until they have a really bad storm. The grovel was nice in this.

Theirs signature Ana things in this story, jealousy l, groveling after the MMC goes something to really hurt her. I loved this story it was cute, sexy heartbreaking a loved the mess the found family aspect. Can't wait to read the rest of this series.

Not good. The heroine is borderline pathetic and the main guy makes the absolute stupidest decisions for the stupidest reasons. It just didn’t really seem to be logical and I pulled a muscle in my eye from the frequency and ferocity of my eye rolls.
