About this audiobook

Summer nights and star-crossed lovers! From USA Today bestselling author Sarina Bowen.

Once upon a time, he gave me a summer of friendship, followed by one perfect night. We shared a lot during our short time together. But he skipped a few crucial details.

I didn’t know he was a rock star.

I didn’t know his real name.

Neither of us knew I’d get pregnant.

And I sure never expected to see him again.

Five years later, his tour bus pulls up in Nest Lake, Maine. My little world is about to be shattered by loud music and the pounding of my own foolish heart.

Lies and Lullabies is everything you want in a second chance, meant to be together romance. Jonas and Kira make you believe there is one soul mate meant for everyone. Carly Phillips, New York Times Bestselling Author

Oh my gosh…wish I could give this book more than 5 stars!!! I’ve had Lies and Lullabies in my TBR list for months. I’m a big fan of Bowen’s work, so I’m not sure why I hadn’t read it yet.

This was literally perfection…it hit all my favs and in the VERY best way…single parent, musician, long-lost love, two person POV, great narrators, steamy, a sweet HEA…I could go on and on! The absolute icing on this delish romance cake was the vocal and acoustic refrain of the song the H had written for his long-ago love. I typically dislike when music is added as an effect in audiobooks, but this was superb…truly a song I’d add to my daily playlist, if it was available!

Filled with possibilities but drags quite a bit. Short on details.
Jonas/ John is a douchy when they meet, Keira has trust issues. Neither were ready at 1st but that was then. Jonas knows Keira is it for him, Keira still needs convincing. But that song, Sweetness made this story, Vivie is one hilarious kid. And Adam & Ethan are the fantastic secondary characters. Sure hope next book includes the whole gang.
