A really fun and sexy novel, though the first few chapters depict unsettling situations around consent and violence, they are surprisingly sensitively addressed later in the book, and overall the book presents a very progressive, sex-positive fantasy culture.

I get the appeal but this isn’t for me. Low key glorified rape. Hard pass.
