? if you don't like or even "despise" BDSM books, maybe..... .just maybe......
don't listen to book involving BDSM.. book was ok. I've listen to worse but have had lots of better books with same story line. Not bad all together if your out of downloads tho.

I despise BDSM stories. I find any kind of sexual power dynamics and/or sexual violence extremely distasteful and the opposite of titillating. I also did not really care for the narrator's interpretation of the MC's voice, it didn't ring true to me. UPDATE: I gave it another chance when in a better mood. I still found the many instances of dubious consent problematic. But I grew more accustomed to the narration as the story proceeded and found it suited the characters just fine.
