I'm happy with the book except for one thing. When I took the book out of the box and looked at it, I noticed a problem with it right away. I've never seen this before. The printing on the spine area of the book is upside down. So basically, if I place the book on my bookshelf next to all my other books, the title will be facing the wrong way -- it is upside down.

The biggest problem with this book is that is is big and comprehensive. It is easy to understand but dense reading and will take a long time to get through. NLP requires practice and there is enough in hear to keep you practicing something new for the rest of your life. Great book just open it anywhere and start reading
