    The narrator is robotic and unpleasant to listen to and the book starts off with a sales pitch which immediately turned me off

    Good, expected advice. Poor delivery. The meditation part was definitely not for me. Every time I was able to start relaxing and visualizing the prompts, the narrators voice would break through, loud and distracting. While she has a nice voice, I am used to more mellow tones for meditation. I spent all my time trying to get back to a relaxed feeling. I finally gave up. I also felt like I was being sold something from the beginning and in the middle. That was distracting, too. I did finish the rest of the recording, and without the meditation, it was underwhelming.
