She does a great job laying out the steps concretely and helps you understand why consistency is critical. Thank you, Anchen, for such a useful and get-right-to-the-good-stuff guide! I have been looking for a way around procrastination and this book made me finally take action. The step-by-step structure makes this content easy to follow and implement, and the advices are nuggets of gold.
