About this audiobook
Aromatherapy can be really useful for those who are looking for natural ways to have more energy, feel less stressed, or heal certain injuries or conditions.
Although the effectiveness of each oil varies for each symptom, there have been numerous studies that have confirmed the validity of certain health claims regarding the usefulness of essential oils. It is important that we have a firm grasp of what these oils do, what to avoid, and how to optimize the healthy effect they can have on our minds and bodies.
For these reasons, I encourage you to learn more about them.

I was intending to learn more about this concept anyway, so it was no coincidence that I came across this book. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was exactly what I was searching for. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook ought to be granted an accolade. That's how great it is. I did not stop listening until completion. That's just how much I thought of it. I was glad to hear the right pronunciation of all the words by a proficient audio book creator. I've discovered that certain books are basically trash, and that saddens me. On the other hand this particular book didn't follow that trend. It's actually truly great. So, I like it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Both the narrator and the writer put some real work into this. I have zero criticisms about this particular audio book. In my eyes, it was simply one of those audio books you can not really skip. You can not dismiss it, because it is one of the best out there. I might become repetitive here, but that's just how I think about it.
