- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Well - I used to read books during my vacation and useless to say how this one is great !As many people already said before - talking about Leadership is really difficult task ! However - I particularly love the way Erika Andersen introduced the main components of it and therefore the description of their respective packages ... Definitively a wonderful guide to leading people and be sure they will follow @ the end ! Aug, 15th - 2013
