No one is ever happy to see Grace Salmon.
As a funeral arranger, she’s responsible for steering strangers through the hardest day of their lives. It’s not a task many would want – but, for Grace, giving people the chance to say a proper goodbye to the ones they love is the most important job in the world.
From the flowers in the church to the drinks served at the wake,Grace knows it’s the personal touches that count – and it’s amazing what you can find out about someone from their grieving relatives … or their Facebook page. But when she accidentally finds out too much about someone who’s died, Grace is finally forced to step out of the shadows… and start living.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was expecting to cry so much more with this book especially with the title, but it was so uplifting!
Definitely didn’t go in the direction I thought it would, and the characters are quite memorable. The narrator does an AMAZING job changing her voice for the female characters and Marcus genuinely sounded like a child! I know he was supposed to be 15 but still I loved it! The other male voices could have used some work cause they sounded almost exact to the female ones but I was able to differentiate since most were male to female conversation which could be on the writer or the narrator differentiated her voice enough to do the trick.
Only things I have an issue with is I wish the book was longer, 49 chapters? Why not 50??? And Grace’s Facebook hobby/stalking was borderline creepy at times which I wasn’t sure if that was supposed to be like that but it was and it was hard to sympathize with her at times when she dove deep.
I don’t usually want a sequel for stand alone books since I feel they conclude things on their own, BUT I NEED A SEQUEL!
