About this audiobook
This is a introductory guide for people who quite like the idea of getting on a bike. It does not tell you how to use a power meter, or what ratio of protein to carbs you have to eat after a grueling turbo session.
It's just about bikes, and cycling, and fun, and leisure, and safety.
It's a no-nonsense, down-to-earth look at bike rules and how to stay safe.
Bicycle riders on public roads have the same rights and responsibilities as motorists, and are subject to the same rules and regulations. This is the perfect guide to learn these rules.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I feel its too mechanical and basic. It may have it's audience, but for me, a 55 yrs old amateur cyclist it did not add much to me.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5From an American point of view, a quick brush up of the metric system would be wise measurements were in meters and kilometers.
The book references pictures that I couldn’t see while listening to the audio book. And perhaps it’s a culture barrier, but the bit about the person being an unsafe show off just seems like a needless mention.
