- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A fast read, and fortunately so. Schessinger has some good advice, but you have to machete your way thru a truckload of her personal BS for it.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Dr. Laura Schlessinger has written many bestsellers and conducts a daily radio program. I highly recommend all her books and listening to her program. Stop Whining, Start Living is a great reminder of how nice we actually do have it. Little things such as little help with housekeeping from husbands and negative co-worker relationships should not give us an excuse to whine. She also embraces the fact that we can all change habits or let go of past memories that cause us to struggle. The first step is that you have to be willing. This book includes a lot of testimonies from her callers on her radio show. The majority of her books are not written in a testimony format.
