- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Not my favorite by this author, but some very charming interactions. It was a lot slower and more derivative of other classics.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The characters are very believable in spite of some of their paranormal lives. I even came to like Barnes. The narrator is very talented. Hopefully Tilly Wallace will write more about this family. Thank you, Tilly, for all the novels so far.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I really like the others in the series but this one didn't grab me as much. Perhaps because it wasn't clear they were supernatural murders until quite late on. Also, the country village had an amazing number of shops. And I'm still not convinced about Frank and Mary's relationship.
