Description
This is my first episode from the "My C-PTSD Story" theme. Zara Juricic joins me to share her experience of life before she was diagnosed with C-PTSD, what it was like in the early days of the diagnosis, and what life in recovery can feel like. A powerful story from the 'highly successful, fabulous at life, secretly in despair' lens that finally brought Zara to a grinding halt. This story is shared to inspire you, remind you that you are not alone in this, and reassert that there is a way out. As it goes, the steps out of the void are pretty clear and consistent in nature. It will be 'How' you navigate those steps out of the void, that will be unique to you. Body work, body work, body work, and body work, on your own and-or faciltiated by another, is recommended.
