In this episode we look at an alternative strategy in losing weight.  Food often times can create powerful emotions like happiness, joy, or comfort. However there are other activities and habits that can create similar emotions. Look over your own personal habits and see how often you are doing some of these activities. If these activities are slim try buffing them up. Doing more of these alternative activities  can create that emotion from food. If you have never lost the weight before consider listening to this episode. Or better yet if you lost it before and gained it back, hope it can bring you some insight.
