Short podcast today. I wanted to share a mini conversation I had at the grocery store that really made me realize why so many are not fit or not where they want to be. Everyone thinks you have to be good at something to even start it and because of that thought you are were you are. You start anything brand new you are going to be bad and as you continue to do it you will get much better. Thats just how it works. On top of that even when you get better at those things there are going to be some days that are not good. It is ok, be imperfect, and take action!
