And my reaction to that question has gone from annoyance to a little anger, to "huh... maybe I should rest "to taking that incredible advice seriously. Not only is it important, but recharging has become a strategic move for my creativity. You can't just go, go, go and go and still be productive in the long term. If you try to do it, you'll suffer a breakdown, and I'd know because I have gone through that.
