Description
We are thrilled to activate this celebration of Earth Month today (and always) with Meg Haywood Sullivan. Meg is a leader of the sustainability movement through her work as a photographer, painter, activist, public speaker and environmental brand strategist. Meg has traveled the globe, working with brands like National Geographic, Keen, Timberland and Patagonia and is committed to raising the standard for sustainability, both personally and professionally. She is the co-founder of Plastic Free Fridays movement, a global ambassador for Conservation International, Surfrider Foundation, and Protect Our Winters, as well as a Board member of the Mountains Restoration Trust, and a member of the historic Explorers Club. In addition to her creative repertoire and conservation efforts, Meg is currently pursuing a Masters from Harvard University and she shares some exciting insights with us on her research. Meg very much embodies the intersection of Ecology and the Arts, which we endeavor to explore here on SOUNDFOOD. Her passion for conservation, a renewable framework and the arts is contagious, warm, uplifting and expansive. We are delighted to share this eye-opening dialogue with you. Thank you for tuning in. If you are able to donate to SOUNDFOOD we would be so grateful for your support. Everything and anything you can give helps us continue to share these conversations with the world.
