They’re here! Millennials, aka Gen Y, are the post-Gen X demographic born between the early 1980s–2000s. Diverse, well-educated, highly expressive, they’ve already made a unique mark on commerce, work, social media. We’ve heard their mindset and outlook on life and work are different from other generations’. Myth vs. truth?
