Description
Drew Manning is a health and fitness expert who became a world-wide sensation with his Fit2Fat2Fit experiment years ago. He gained and lost 75 pounds on purpose to understand the psychology behind weight loss. This transformed the way the fitness industry approached helping clients. He recently announced he’s doing it again this year as he turns 40 (Fit2Fat2Forty) to bring awareness to the mental-emotional part of body transformation.
In this episode, Drew discusses his latest journey and his new approach. Hear about the incredible amount of education he’s hoping to bring to this experiment and how you can follow along and learn. Additionally, because Drew is a leading voice in the ketogenic diet industry, we engage him in a rapid-fire “Keto FAQ” segment.
“Empathy is one of those things that can be so transformative and a huge catalyst for change.” – Drew Manning
