Shawn White started Carnivore on April 17,2022. Since then, he has lost 269 pounds, reversed Type 2 diabetes, NAFLD, and eliminated gout and sleep apnea.  Shawn was able to get off his gout medications and the 3 hypertension medications he was prescribed. 
Shawn’s largest non-scale victory is that he also reversed his self-described “debilitating” depression. Through his health journey, Shawn has also strengthened his faith, marriage, and relationship with his children.   
Now, Shawn shares his story and message via YouTube and Instagram to inspire others to take back control of their lives and enjoy the endless possibilities this world has to offer.
