Description
The mind likes to think about things, it craves mental stimulation. In order to mature in meditation practice, we must befriend the process of stilling the mind. How much time does the mind spend (on average) wandering? Why does the mind wander to the past or the future in meditation? How do we transcend boredom? In today’s episode, Gregory talks about how to work with the wandering mind, and how to use the natural tendencies of the mind to focus on things that are skillful.
