Arnita Champion is a social media personality, business owner, motivational speaker, IFBB Professional Figure Competitor, Olympic Trials finalist and certified personal trainer.  At 58 years young, she is a firm believer that change manifests primarily in those who never quit or give up.   Champion joins Dr. Trevor Cates to explain the balance that must be struck as we age between exercise and its effects, both positive and negative, on our bodies.
