Coincidence? Definitely not 2020 has not been funny, but humour can get you through anything. Naomi Bagdonas is that rare thing, a highly-qualified academic and also a comic. She, along with Jennifer Aaker, has written Humour, Seriously to help all of us – however long we have been lurking at the bottom of our own humour cliff – to bring laughter and levity into every aspect of our lives. Their research has shown that laughing, quite simply, helps us be better humans. I loved this. I've changed quite a bit after interviewing Naomi. You will too.
