Not every woman that has PCOS symptoms has the same gene involvement or the same sensitivities to her environment. Plus we are all at different places of understanding and implementing what our bodies need. Then add to all these individual situations that we all have a different environments. Our schedule, our support system, our other health conditions, our tastes, fitness, hobbies, and things that we enjoy are all unique to us.
