Description

A common saying claims that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, which holds some truth. At our core, we are spirits, utilizing various tools to express ourselves in the physical realm. These tools range from the spiritual mind, which encompasses profound conceptions and ideas for our spiritual growth, to the human body, which represents the most tangible aspect of our existence. Humans are composed of a physical body and an astral body, as well as an instinctive mind, vital force or energy, and an intellectual and spiritual mind. Finally, we possess a spirit or soul that remains infinite and eternal, persisting even after our bodies decompose and we pass away. To the yogis, these principles define our essence as humans.By understanding that we are more than our bodies, we can view others as brothers and sisters, reducing racism and hatred. This shift in perception aligns with the world's current needs—less prejudice, more love. Therefore, it becomes essential to delve into an understanding of our true selves, encompassing our bodies, minds, souls, spirits, and egos. By doing so, we can connect as one with other human beings. Thank you for listening to the Daily Yogi podcast! If you found value in today's episode, please take a moment to rate the show.
