10:14pm – Kicking off the 2nd hour is a good friend of this show and one of the winningest pitmasters on the KCBS circuit over the past decade, Tim Scheer from Shake N Bake BBQ. This coming weekend, Tim and Brad Leighninger rejoin forces as “Blues Hog” competition team to attempt to snatch back to back world titles but this time in whole hog. We will talk to Tim on why they decided to veer away from shoulder this year (they won it last year) and go whole hog! I have an idea why and will pose the question to him during the interview. We will also spend a little time talking about Tim’s Marble Ridge Farms project. Marble Ridge produces high quality beef and pork for the general consumer market.
