With so much uncertainty and negativity in the world, it can be easy to feel discouraged and hopeless. 

But, with a little intention and effort, we can train ourselves to see the good in even the most challenging situations.

Of course, cultivating optimism is not always easy. 

There will be days when we feel down and discouraged, and that's okay. 

It's important to remember that we are all human and that we are allowed to feel a range of emotions.
