I started working with Katie Key at the end of November and she is a rockstar. I could tell that Katie was serious about wanting to make a change and begin to gain control of her life through a needed health journey. And boy, did she! Katie not only lost weight, but a lot of inches even during the holiday season. We worked through eating healthy, protein, and communication with family and getting their support. And we discussed the importance of not only cardio exercise, but strength training to redistribute your body weight. Her confidence has soared because she knows she did it herself without relying on crazy diets or pills. It was all her and her good choices.
