Today I am going to be taking you through a guided positive self talk script that will focus on self confidence, self worth and self love

Self-confidence is a feeling of trust in your own abilities and believe that you have everything it takes to face any challenges that may come your way. When you are self confident you trust and have faith in yourself and the future.

Self-esteem and self-worth are more about how you value yourself as a person rather than comparing yourself to others there is a link between this and self-confidence as usually if you value yourself you tend to be more confident this means you can of course use this positive self talk script to enhance your self-esteem.

You may choose to listen to the words I speak as you drink your favourite beverage or you may wish to record your own voice or why not write down the positive statements so that you can read them whilst drinking that favourite cuppa, mine would be a Cappuccino!
