Description

This week on the DEI Discussions #WomenofFinTech, Nadia is joined by Anette Broløs, Founder and Director of Finthropology. Live from FinTech Connect 2022. Anette and her team help organisations understand their customer's financial behaviour and how they can innovate to meet their needs through research and reports. They recently explored the behaviour of women in finance and the impact of financial products on their lives. Anette found in her research that despite their financial success, women still tend to avoid traditional banks due to often feeling condescended. Anette believes that by bringing in more female advisors, financial organisations can break the glass ceiling and improve their inclusion strategies. She shares how behavioural research can help organisations better understand their customers and make essential changes to be more accessible to them.
