Welcome to my virtual therapy room!  I’m a sex coach and clinical psychologist. I created this show to provide a safe space for exploring sex, intimacy and relationships from all sides. I wanted to create a second space where all types of people from all walks of life could talk about sex, sexuality, intimacy and relationships. In this space, my focus is on authenticity, out of the box strategies to deal with issues that arise, and helping people to become adventurers when it comes to their sex lives. Knowledge makes risk taking easier as well as safer.   
This podcast is made up of discussion and debate with experts and peers, story telling, laughter and sometimes tears. Again the episodes are pretty explicit as I continue to encourage people to actually talk about sex instead of talking around sex. My goals are to help all of us to expand our understanding of sexual issues, problems and challenges, to encourage us to expand our sexual menus and to hold another space where even the difficult parts of intimacy can be shared. 
Some of the viewpoints may be challenging to listeners. Some of them are challenging for me!  I ask you all to listen with an open mind and consider what new ideas you might bring into your intimate life. Even if you disagree with a suggestion or are not OK with a sexual activity that is discussed, at least you will be learning more about your own authentic passion map.
