Description

The word I would like you to remember today is "dysregulated". Is my child dysregulated? Am I dysregulated? How can I regulate my child? The reason why I am chatting about this in today's podcast is that I attended this outdoor event this week and as the night went on and the children around me clearly became dysregulated, they started acting out and parents started yelling at them and getting upset. If we can shift or think from "misbehaving" to dysregulated then it will help us support our child's needs at that moment. I explain the science of this and give you tips to help regulate yourself and your child. I hope you enjoy this episode! Don't forget to rate this podcast!Want some help with my Wondergrade app?
