We are energetic creatures. We exist as, and carry, complicated energetic fields. We carry both positive, beautiful energy... and we also carry trauma and wounds. Or maybe someone walks into a room, and you can just "feel" that they are super angry... or maybe super happy? Those things are more than just what we can see in body language or hear in their words. They are literally an energetic exchange, where we feel and are affected by that person's energy. When we have sex with someone, both parties open their energetic fields to each other. Thus, we can experience a beautiful and powerful exchange of energy... however we can also share trauma and negative energy as well.
