Mamas, I have decided to start a Mini Meditation and Wellness Series for you during this time of uncertainty. For the next few weeks, you will be able to tune in for meditations, spirituality and health conversations that you can listen to and revisit daily or anytime you need. 
I encourage you to use these as you desire and pass along to other mamas who may need a few moments of stillness. 
This first episode is with mama, Jen Prokhorov. She is a mama of four and has developed a meditation app just for mothers, called StillPoint. We discuss how she and her family are coping at this time and then she brings us into a meditation at minute: 23:45.
