For the second episode in my Mini Meditation and Wellness Series, I wanted to bring you a conversation with a mama who is “mostly under control.” Melanie O'Reilly-Rogers is a twin mom of 4 kids, with a background in early childhood development, who is no stranger to chaos. She writes a blog where she talks about keeping parenting and life mostly under control. 
We chat about what she and all of you mamas must be going through during this pandemic. We acknowledge that there is a lot of information out there for what you can and should be doing, but we talk about how you are doing enough. It can all be overwhelming and she is here to encourage you to keep doing you, whatever that looks like. No shame here!
