Whether you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or are postpartum, acupuncture can really be a powerful tool.  After years of irregular periods, hormonal swings and severe PMS, starting at a very young age, Michelle Oravitz gave acupuncture a try and she instantly felt a shift in her body. 
Acupuncture changed her life and as a result, she was inspired to help other women through their health and fertility struggles. She has created The Wholesome Lotus: a wellness center in Miami Beach as well as an online course and a podcast, The Wholesome Fertility podcast! Her journey into motherhood would have looked very different had she not used acupuncture and wants to show others its strength.
