For the third episode in my Mini Meditation and Wellness Series, I chatted with one of my best mama friends, Erin Adams, for a conversation around faith and spirituality. No matter what your beliefs, we wanted to spread the word that whatever energy it is that makes the world go round, it is that energy of love and positivity that we need to share today.  
Whether faith is something you lean on daily or it’s something you shy away from, there can be some comfort found in a quiet prayer or meditation, especially during times of struggle and uncertainty. There is hope and we will heal from this over time.  Love thy neighbor and share love and light with the neighbors around you.
